Nocturne [WIP]

Nocturne prioritizes formality and cleanliness in most cases, constantly using proper titles and straightening everyone’s ties or skirts or shirts. She’s the kind to mother over literally anyone she remotely cares about, which is a large portion of the pantheon. Outside of this, she is often seen as incredibly serious and relatively dangerous, ready to fight and strike down an enemy she feels she can take on. Those under her forces find the most protection within the shadows, often fleeing or being taken into the Underdark when they’re in a critical condition.

Nocturne’s creation was before the sealing of the Arcane Primal. She was formed from total darkness, a being woven together by the darkest of shadows.

The sealing of the Arcane Primal brought about the domains of Sun, Moon, and Night, Sun and Moon being the keys to releasing the beast and Night being a mere accident that spurred a war and neglect upon the new Goddess of Night, Nyx. Nocturne and Lux fought, blaming each other over Nyx’s creation and how she tarnished both their domains. After several centuries in a stalemate, the two calmed and talked out the situation, coming to terms that it was both their doing but not a fault. However, relations with Nyx aren’t that great in terms of family ties.
